What are your experiences as a Bi+ person? What do you want from your community and society? What issues matter to you? And how do you understand your own identity?
With our new community survey, we want to learn more about the lived experiences*, perspectives, needs, and wishes of Bi+ people. To do that, we need your support!
This survey builds in part on our online survey from 2021 as well as our qualitative study conducted in 2024. This allows us to identify developments within the Bi+ community and better understand which topics are most relevant today.
The findings will help us further develop our services, highlight needs that have received little attention so far, address remaining gaps in knowledge, and gain a deeper understanding of how Bi+ people experience and understand their own identities.
Who can participate?
The survey is open to Bi+ people of all genders who are 18 years or older.
Depending on your gender identity and individual experiences, different questions will be shown throughout the survey. This helps us better reflect the diversity of Bi+ lived experiences.
One section of the survey is specifically aimed at Bi+ men and Bi+ people who identify within a masculine* spectrum. We use the term men* because we explicitly want to include the perspectives of cis, trans*, and inter* men, as well as trans* masculine people. This section of the survey is made possible through funding from Folsom Europe e.V.
